Made of durable plastic. U-shaped handle for either hanging or carrying, with a 2 way power source.  It can run off of 4 D-cell batteries or 110V to 4.8V A/C adapter (Stansport # 144)  An "Xenon" bulb is included.  Batteries and adapter are not included.
