How will my order be shipped?
Most of our products will be shipped UPS. However, some small items may be shipped via USPS if it is more economical.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
I received an item that I would like to return. What should I do? Will I get a refund?
For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and e-mail us or call us so that we can get a return authorization number for you. If it is necessary to return an item for an exchange or refund all items must be in new condition. New condition means unopened products. An item that has not been used. Examples of items that would be refused would be a rifle-scope that has been mounted to a firearm, a Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box, and any bubble packed item that has been opened. Refused items will be shipped directly back to you and will not be credited. For this reason, it is important that you return only a new item for refund. All merchandise must meet the following conditions for a refund: Return in original packaging, Return within 30 days, enclose a copy of your invoice, enclose a brief letter of explanation. If you are returning an item for an exchange, refund will be given but there is a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping must be prepaid on all returned items. All returns must be prepaid, no COD's accepted.
I placed an order, but was shipped the incorrect item. What should I do?
Contact us and we will give you instructions. You will not have to pay for return freight.
What if my order has been damaged in freight?
Contact us so that we can file a claim with the package carrier (UPS or USPS). If you would like a second order you will be charge for the replacement order and be credited for the damaged order upon resolution for the damaged package. These claims can take upwards of 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we are only shipping within the U.S.
I placed an order, but I have changed my mind. Can I cancel this order?
You can cancel this order. However, if your order has already been shipped you will have to return the product to us at your expense. There is also a 20% restocking fee.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
We try very hard to keep up with inventory. However, in the event that this happens your account will be credited in full immediately. If you would like, we will try to fulfill your order through another supplier.
If I purchase a tent, does it have a warranty?
All products warranties are issued from the manufacturer. Huntingandcampgear.com does not issue warranties of any kind. Check with the manufacturer of the item you are going to purchase.
